Pain while urinating.

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Pain and burning sensation near my penis region started a day ago then I tried to drink a lot of water in order to discharge and ease out the pain and i did that for a day while increasing my fluid diet with urinating almost once in an hour with a significant relief and reduction in pain but yesterday night I again woke up to pain and despite drinking and urinating again and again i experienced the pain for an hour or so and today morning the pain is negligible so is it a normal process and I need to wait for few days or should i go for medication.
