Pain while passing Stools

Asked for Male, 51 Years

Dear Doctor, Good morning. I am having severe pan since 2 days in the area from where I pass stools,.ie Anal. It's unbearable and unable to live that pain while particularly passing the stools. Kindly advise me and help me by suggesting a treatment plan. Regards
