Hi. One of the common problem of young females. Looks like early spondylitis, mostly mechanical neck pain aggravated with Vit D deficiency. Not all can be related, but if CRP is positive and you experience pain, stiffness, symmetrical involvement of other joints too, go for RA factor and HLA B 27 test. Correct the Vit D deficiency. Start with neck strengthening exercises. Medications to sort out neck pain and physiotherapy. If pain and tingling in upper limbs, go for MRI neck.
Next Steps
Watch for progress of symptoms to upper limbs, development of stiffness and symmetrical joint involvement. If settled with medication and exercise, no need for further investigation. Orthopaedic consultation needed.
Health Tips
Avoid forward neck bending and lifting heavy weight.
