Pain when urination

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Feeling pain when the urine comes from bdy to urine tube. Doing urine's Re &ME test result normal. Doing culture test result normal. Doing uroflowmetry result normal. Doing USG KUB *PVR this is also normal result only PVRU is 109cc. Taking 10 till two months but no result sir what is reason for it and tell the solution pls. Sometimes pain like ant bite inside the penis. And also feel the urine tube is slight band in place where penis and testicle is joint
