Pain when urination

Pain when urination

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Feeling pain inside the penis during the start of urination. Doing urine's routine test result normal. Doing culture test result is normal. Doing uroflowmetry result normal. Doing KUB*PVR here prostate 18cc. And pvru 109cc. Doctor suggest alfuzosin 10 for 30 days. Taking this tablet almost 20+ days but no recovery. And also feeling pain in lower belly before going to pee or before feeling urination. What i do sir? Why it's not recovery? What is the next step?
