Pain under shoulder blade
I am suffering from shoulder pain since 8 year's . First pain was started near shoulder blade and gradually spreaded to neck.i have taken physiotherapy treatment previously at that time half of the pain was gone. But the point where the pian has started first was not going due to that I have taken physiotherapy treatment a couple of times. But if I do any load work I'm getting pain. I never met with any accident,no fracture. But I can say one thing that I remembered that, one of my friend folded my hand back and he just dropped his hand with light force at my shoulder. At that time I felt some pain but I ignored it . So please tell me what should I do to get completely cured from this pain.
