Pain under my foot
I get pain under my foot, in the middle, just below the toe. This happens only when I wear shoes for long time. It does not pain, if I am not wearing shoes for long time. Initially I thought it was because of wearing tight shoes. But now I wear pretty comfortable shoe with thick and soft cushioned insole. The problem has reduced, but it is still there. Do advice.

Use appropriate shoes which suits your foot. Check the sole of your foot, check for any hardness under your great toe. Make sure it's not any abnormal bone growth or corns which usually occurs due to use of wrong footwear. It's that's not the case then fine, continue with some foot excercises and proper shoes, and it ll reduce gradually !!
