Doctor since from morning I feel tightness pain Under my chin. may b its called submandibular pain. Please tell me wat exactly it is.

There are many cause of sub mandibular pain , it could be a lymphadenitis or submandibular gland  sialadenitis etc ...  So detail history is needed
