Pain,swelling in leg
Problem: Pain and slight swelling in different parts of the left leg, below the knees till the foot from past 10-11 months. It pains a lot sometimes that I camt even walk and sometimes it just vanishes. Medical History: No history of any severe medical illness. Have consulted many doctors but didnt get cured. some said due to wrong heavy exercises and some said due to flat foot. I also bought the sould and different kind of shoes for flat feet, but didnt.

Do the following stretches every two hours 3 to 4 times with 20 second holds Towel stretch for calf Hamstring stretch in supine Quadriceps stretch in side lying (look these up online for videos/pics) Try to do walking for few minutes prior to stretch then do strerches followed by cold packs on painful areas for 15 minutes. If pain persists consult a Orthopaedic or Specialized Physiotherapist.

Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
