Pain,redness and peeling off face skin

Hi i am 26 year old female. i am using elosone ht cream from last one month . i had blackheads, pimples and pigmentation on my when i started using this cream on my face daily.some of pigmentation and blackheads are removed 80percent . but now i am facing another problem like redness on my face,peeling off skin, and pain.please advice me smthng

Stop using elosone ht cream. It contains steroid. Initially pimples will decreas but later they wl come in severe manner. Your face will become red. Stop using it. Can you please send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment.
