Pain/pulling sensation in right lower ab

Hi,I'm depressed with the problem I have with my urinary tract, from a week my lower abdomen is getting pain when I feel to go urine, and starting problem while urine, if I sit in chair with a tight phant I feel that my lower abdomen is full and some pulling pain sensation,and I'm unable to urinate completely,please help me regarding this,for what scan I can go with and is it serious if it's kidney stone? Please reply soon...

Get a USG scan of abdomen. With post void residual volume measurement. Also get a urine culture done to check for any infection. Take adequate fluids. Don't hold back urine for a long time.
