Pain on the tip of my penis and irritati

Dear Dr Sir/Ma'am, I had stomach ache and pain in the left side of the abdomen and I had consulted an experienced gastroenterologist through Practo. He had prescribed Oflox 200 for 5 days (two tabs twice for 5 days) Dortin - M as SOS in case of intense pain and IGol to be consumed at night (one tea spoon before food followed by water). However, now I don't have diarrhoea and my stomach pain has subsided. But I am having penal discharge and pain around the penis and it is woobly. I used to have the same symptoms if I took Norilet A earlier but not with O2. The pain around the penis is constant and sometimes it intensifies. There is slight pain when I pass urine but not intense. There is also slight ulceration inside the mouth. What should I do?
