I have a strong on the side of my left hip. When I put the pressure on my left foot and bend then I experience a strong pain on the side of the hip, a portion close to thigh joint. There has been no injury. The pain also occurs when I walk or jump or climb stairs with the pressure on left foot. Please advise.
