Pain on the left side of the Chest
Good Afternoon! Since yesterday night (mid) I am having pain _*just below the left shoulder (around the upper chest) spreading up to hand; as well as reflecting as back pain. ** _ It is intense on: 1). Taking a deep breath 2). Even merely touching/little pressing; and/or 3). By even making little movement/stretching of the left hand/shoulder. ```Took Brufen 400 in the morning, but it has not helped.``` Please help and advise.

Your symptoms are more towards a muscle strain or gas formation . But it's better we rule out cardiac cause , because at 45 years it's better to be cautious about cardiac reasons. Just brufen will not help you much. Better to start on a muscle relaxant as well
Next Steps
kindly take an ECG -  just to rule out. give rest to the painful region.
