Pain on the left side abdominal area
Hi, my wife is getting pain on the left side of the abdominal area just above pelvic bone. 2 months she got similar kind of pain on right side, on which we consulted the doctor who told it's the pain caused due "Ovaluation"... Now a similar kind of pain but on the left side and a bit more painful than last time? Just worried about the the pain? What could it be the reason this time? We have a stressful lifestyle, no proper sleep and required rest for the body. Always aon a 21 days menstruation cycle. Please suggest what to do about the pain? Is it something to be worried about ?

If your doctor told you it could be a ovulation pain , then let me tell you it could happen on any side where you are ovulating. Lifestyle changes to be made , have a proper diet and sleep schedule. You might not realise it , but lifestyle modifications can do wonders with many issues in your daily life.
Next Steps
Consult a gynaecologist
