Pain on the back right side of the head

Hello, I have been suffering from the pain on the back right side of the head .This suddenly came in the middle of the night on Thursday.A bump kind of appeared on the skin inside the scalp. Exactly to say lower right side of the skull.Is this something to be worried of or any normal thing.I feel like some hard thing when touched.

Is there any injury? If no try tablet Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily , tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 3-5 days. Do cold sponging.twice daily for 30 minutes.
