Have sharp pain on left neck shoulder and upperhand upto elbow. Took paracetamol but no improvement..paining badly ..having problem in gripping objects by hand..

If the pain is going to your hand and you are having problem in gripping objects, please consult your local Orthopaedic doctor as soon as possible for further evaluation. You may be having nerve compression at the next level Till then continue otc pain medication. you can also do hot fomentation
