Pain on left side of the face

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I'm having teeth pain on left side and a white line is formed inside my mouth on cheek and I can palpate a small oval lump just below my ear since 4-5months and pain is very less and intermittent and I'm having slight pain just beside of my nose on the same side the entire problem is on my left side of the face what could be the diagnosis

hello. any lump should be investigated fully . most likely cause of lump is infection but there can be benign tumour( ie harmless) or cancerous growth. so its better to show it to a dr and get advice.
