Pain near hip and thigh area
He is struggling with this pain from 25 days, he is not addicted to smoke and alcohol. I have attached the screen shot of MRI report. What is the permanent solution?He has not taken any steroids too.

Before commenting anything I need to know avascular necrosis is of which region and do clinical examination and radiological evaluation. I am not able to see any MRI attached, so comment on that.
