My son had 8 years old had suffer with sever pain near by ear.near by ear swells also.then he had so much fever nearly 102 F please give suggest me

Hello Swelling with ear ache..It can be a part of infection causing fever and pain. To know the exact cause we need to examine the ear properly we have to locate the site,size of the swelling.
