Pain near anus while passing stool

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Im having anal pain while passing stool and burning sensation occasionally and even itching sometimes but there is no bleeding, this is there from almost 10days and started after a week of my apendicitis surgery, is it a fissure or piles ?
