PAIN NEAR ANAL REGION
My daughter has pain near anal region. stool is soft most of the times, when it is hard the anal region hurts very badly. The pain is more towards left side of the anal region than the right side. Frequency of pain is regular( like once in two months) Please help me in understanding as what could be the problem of my daughter and why it is regularly happening even though the stool is soft?

[ ] Hi, lump at anal canal may be due to a perianal abscess and this generally pains. Other causes are of external hemorrhoids with doesn't cause pain but occasionally when get thrombosed causes pain. A skin tag formation secondary to fissure in ano also presents same but that pains. Kindly get evaluated physically. You may require a short scopy done to rule out above problems. Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.
