You need to consult a spine surgeon.
If she has radiating pain going down to the arms .. this might be a sign of nerve compression.
Neck pain is because of disc degeneration.
if it is also associated with tingling and numbness sensation..
she might need some investigations to confirm the diagnosis.
She might be having cervical disc disease

Hello, in my opinion this lady is suffering from ? Cervical spondylosis.
Please please consult the orthopaedic surgeon and get the cervical X ray done, and get the proper treatment in the form of physiotherapy, using of neck collor,
And treatment with the medicines.
But the final decision depending upon the orthopaedic surgeon who examines this lady.
