Pain LT testicular groin area LT hip

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am 23 year old unmarried. I have mild pain in left testicle as well as left hip for the 2 years. My penis is also not erect properly if erect the not resist for time. Urine flow is also weak.sometime also pain in back.3mm concreation in left kidney pole. test are normal. Ultrasound of scrotum and abdomen is also normal. Till then no Abnormal report is found. Pain is consistent for two year . What to do What is diagnosis
