I'm facing pain at my lower back past six months. Nowadays it's getting worsen even suddenly when I'm getting this pain(especially while sitting on the floor) unable to sit and stand as well and remains the pause state. Could you please suggest on this issue. And recently I have noticed that there is a dimples(two) on my lower back.
