Pain Lower abdomen and lower back

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am a married women of 25yrs old. i haven't got my periods since 5 days. I am not expecting any pregnancy. Since 5 days i am having pain at lower abdomen and my lower back. Also having leg pains. I will get periods regularly and always 2 or 3 days before itself. Could you please let me know why this is happening.
