Pain left leg lower knee
I have  continuous pain in my peft leg from last month. The pain starts from lower knee cap to the joint of foot. And it pains a lot the day when i walk more. Initially many months before i had slight pain in my calf muscles, when i used to walk a lot but now the pain is not in the calf muscles, its different. I feel relief after i use move and tie it with a cloth. What can be the reason?

Hello... It may be a PFPS (Patellofemoral pain syndrome) I.e. also known as patellar overload syndrome may be cause of  dysfunction seen in mostly in runners, basketball players etc. Physiotherapy is must Electrotherapy like LASER, Ultrasonic followed by ice back & hot pack on calf region... followed by Stretchings & Strengthening of muscles of legs & foot including Mulligan mobilization of Patellofemoral joint. I hope you are not having OBESITY or ny other structural deformity like flat foot/knock knees etc. You will be definitely fine in some days also can walk run treadmill etc.after taking proper physiotherapy. Regards
