Pain killers. Is this true?

Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Dont worry at all You are absolutely safe Painkillers not only reduce pain but also reduces the inflammation so they are harmful only when you are taking them without doctor supervision,for long time and if you have any pre-existing disease Thanks

Hi While it is true that taking multiple painkillers can damage your kidneys, Lanol ER contains Paracetamol which is a very mild painkiller. Taking 1 tablet per day for 20 days will not have caused any major damage to your kidneys. So don't worry! But if your pain has subsided, do not continue taking the tablet now.
