Hi, My friend is facing pain in wisdom tooth area and gums. She got an x-ray also for the same which i am attaching it here. Kindly suggest what needs to be done for its remedy. Also suggest what is the cause of the pain

The cause of the pain certainly seems to be the wisdom tooth. It's in a tight spot causing much discomfort to surrounding gums and might also be causing difficulty in opening the mouth. Would suggest extraction. Of the tooth.
