Wisdom tooth pain is something unbearable .Take ketoral DT tablet 10mg for immediate pain relief . Take salt water gargle so that food won't stay there and it's a natural antiseptic . You can place pain out gel over the cotton and clench it.

Take any painkiller like dolo 650 or Combiflam. Do hot water gargles with salt. Consult a dentist asap . You may require to get that tooth removed. Your dentist will prescribe you antibiotics and do an X-ray and advise you accordingly
