Physiotherapy is helpful. Doing prescribed exercises that includes stretching and strengthening will help in fibromyalgia drastically. Also exercising releases good enzymes that will also help with the pain factor. Start some physical activity if cleared by the gynaec to do so. Start walks initially and then gradually increase your activity to atleast 45 mins a day. Certain diet restrictions will also help with the same. Please consult online for specific exercises. Thank you.
