Do foam matress cause excess body heat? I got lower back pain. Lot of you have suggested an orthopedic mattress. So I have bought rebonded foam mattres. I am feeling a lot of body heat after sleeping in this. As a result, I am getting constipation. Can someone confirm whether rebonded mattress cause excess body heat?

Any how, the problem you are facing might be a resultant of quite other mixed factors. Be it lifestyle, job type.... If you are working from home and alot of time is spent on that foam, the foam might be the causative factor. Please think and act accordingly.

Ortho mattress does'nt gives heat instead, your're sleeping in or on can have a huge impact on your body's temperature. Sleeping on a foam mattress that traps in heat and doesn't allow for sufficient airflow is a common cause of feeling hot in the middle of the night. You need proper consultation to rule out other issues related to constipation.
