Pain in urine tube
Feeling pain in urine tube when urine or sperm comes out. Sometimes at pubic area and mostly ride side. Pain like ant bite. Doing urine's RE&ME and culture test result is ok. Doing USG KUB&PVR prostate 18cc. Pvru 109cc. Doing uroflowmetry result:-voided volume 456ml. Max. Flow rate 15.3, min. Flow rate 9.2 flow time 49.2sec. Max. Flow time 18.8sec. voided time 49.2sec and hesitancy 00:00sec. Doctor recomended alfuzosin 10 for 30 days. I completed the course but still feeling same problem please sir suggest me what i do. I am unmarried boy and frighteeend it is any serious issues? Attached my all exam reports

Hi, it could be infection in prostate. Please consult a urologist, he may suggest analgesics and antibiotics for about 1.5 months. Good luck.

If you feel that the flow is poor and not much of symptomatic relief with medication that you have been taking, then you have to do retrograde urethrogram to assess the urethra or a cystoscopic assessment. You may also have dysfunctional voiding, so consult with your Urologist.
