Pain in upper side of stomach

I have recently diagnosed with fatty liver and sgot and sgpt parameters are also high sgpt 70 sgot 110 from some days I feeling pain in upper side of stomach it comes and goes does it related to fatty liver or its any other reason plz tell

Fatty liver can cause vague dull pain increases while changing posture,In your case one should rule out other causes of colicky pain
