  4. Pain in upper right arm. Immediately.

Pain in upper right arm
My father suddenly met with an accident as he is drive the bike and suddenly the bike is slip so my father fall down to earth and he put his right hand to balance so now he has a pain in this arm that he couldn't lift his right hand upto a certain level. We also consulting a Ortho doctor he take the x-ray and says that there is a fracture in rotator cuff as shown in below x-ray images. Please suggest me what to do right now... please reply immediately.

It depends on the tear of rotator cuff. In case of complete tear surgery is indicated. In partial tears Physiotherapy is the best way to tackle.
