Pain in upper back, shoulder and arm
Upper back pain. shoulder pain in both sides especially left. pain in nwck while moving the head. tingling feeling in both hands especially left arm. pain trying to move up the arms or lift sometimes heavy. Has a fixed position. seems to be aggrevated with exercise or wrong position lying down. l am a pcod patient with high bp, high pulse rate and anxiety and stress issues
