Pain in Throat Tonsils are swelled

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Having pain in Throat, currently taking dolo650 mg and azicip500 &topp40 (empty stomach). There is a pain even at swolling my saliva. Tonsils are swelled very much. Also i am getting high fever around 102/104. My whole body is heating.
