Pain in throat

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have been experiencing mild throat and ear pain for 3 days. It gets more when I eat food and swallow. Also, i experience some pain above neck and below jaw on right side. Earlier there were some white spots on tonsil which are now reduces. Can it be a early sign for black fungus? (No covid history or other disease). What should be the next steps for home remedy or visit a doctor?

its acute tonsillitis sir... tab augmentin 625mg twice daily for 7 days, tab zerodol -SP twice daily for 3 days, tab zincovit once daily for 10 days, betadine 2%mouth gargles 5ml diluted in 1 glass of water twice daily for 5 days will be sufficient.... plz avoid oily and spicy foods sir...
