Pain in the urinary bladder. Doctor.

Hello Doctor.. Greetings for the day...I am so so scared. Last year in the month of May I had UTI.. I was on antibiotics for healed and the UTI returned for the second, third and fourth time. So far I have done 4 ultrasounds. With no findings. Later on in Dec last year I was feeling pain in my lower pelvic...Did ultrasound again no findings. This pain is coming on going off. I visited a doc again the doc examined and said due to infection a little node swelling. Now it seems I have bladder pain. I often google my symptoms and google says I am going to die. I am scared of visiting a doctor now what if I get some bladder cancer or something... Pls help dear doctor.. Thank you and appreciate your help.
