Pain in the upper chest
Hi Yesterday when I woke up, I experienced slight pain in the left chest muscle, precisely 3 cm above the nippular area (upper left side) . The pain occurs only and only when I press that point or a cm around. There is no pain while breathing, coughing, exercising and in no other part of body. Don't see any swelling as such as well. Don't feel any lump over there as well. What can this be
