Pain in the testis......

Asked for Male, 20 Years

3-4 years ago I hurt my testis while riding bicycle......After that incident pain sustains in testis whenever hurt even slowly.......There is even a lump type something ........Testis is not swollen but looking a bit irregular from the bottom like an edge......The pain persists In the kidney region too.....So what is it?Pain in lower abdomin is too
