Pain in the stomach and lumbar disc

Hi. I am parya and from Iran. My brother have severe stomach pain with bloating. blood pressure is sometimes high and sometimes low. This pain is pulled to the chest. However, the lumbar disk is exuding. Several doctors have come, but not the result. I wanted to I'd like to ask you for some advice on how to do it
