I am getting pain on the left side of the mouth. There is also a hole in one of the teeth just realised. Please suggest .

Dont worry there are two problems one is black spot... If u feel pain in night then v have to go for rct and if not then deep restoration can be done and last wisdom tooth is also needs to be extracted

Hello sir, The cavity is quite large and there is also wisdom tooth behind it  after taking x ray the treatment can be decided accordinglyand also the wisdon tooth has to be removed.

The cavity is luking huge...consult a dentist. Mostly the tooth requires root canal treatment followed by a cap...so, you better don't neglect the treatment.. otherwise the tooth might break

Hloo Sir It seems like you have a deep cavity which has almost approached the nerves due which there must be pressure on the nerves which causes pain For the need to visit a dentist get x ray done  and it may go for rct You can also practo consult us Regards
