Pain in the middle of chest

Asked for Male, 34 Years

On sunday after having lunch my husband has vommitted that contains blood. Though it is not in huge amount. Thereafter he is experiencing a pain in the middle of his chest while breathing. P.S. He vomits regularly while brushing to clear his throat. He also consumes pan masala.
