Pain in the lower left chest region

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have a suspectible cyst or a lipoma in the lower left side of chest since 1 year. It was totally aymtomatic until 3 days ago there was severe pain upon touch. It has been difficult for me to bend as well as sleep by turning myself. I am a BDS final year student and i have my exams from next week. Could you suggest me a temporary relief for the timebeing.
