Pain in the lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I've been suffering a pain in the lower abdomen in the right side to above the right testicle (not the testicle itself) this happened suddenly after I masturbated and until now I feel that pain. in 2015 I did Scrotal US after I had an issue and there was no Varicocele. two days ago I did the US and found grade 1 varicocele! can varicocele appear suddenly ?! and what can be the reason for the pain ?! Symptoms: the pain is continuous but not hard and I have no other symptoms at all

Yes varicocele can appear but it's not sudden usually. A surgeon would be the best person to help you. The pain should not be neglected.
