I have been having pain in my right epididymis for a few days. The ultrasound of the scrotum is done and the reports came normal. I am taking one antibiotic (everpod cv) prescribed by my general physician and pain killer (zerodol mr). I have been feeling tired and sleepy for 2 days. What should i do i feel pain in my lower abdomen sometimes. Can it be an STI?
