Pain in the left side of the body

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have irregular pain on the left side of the body. Whenever I take tension I have vomiting sensation , shortness of breath and the left side of the body like the shoulder and arm hurts a lot. Making me feel very weak. Please help. Even little tension hurts a lot. It makes me go crazy nd I just can't stop crying.
