I have terrible pain in the gums. I have been prescribed the below medicines. Can you please tell me the root cause or suggest some other medication

Hie.. the medications prescribed are for periapical infection in the tooth and also some infection in the gums.. Kindly get your treatment of the carious tooth done to with rct.. and also get the scaling (cleaning) and polishing done

Hie ...there is a periapical infection in ur teeth dts y doctor prescribed antibiotic.and painkiller...u should go for rct of this infectious tooth...and try to clean ur gums may be there is a pocket also due to which food get lodged
