Pain in the ear and water coming out

Asked for Female, 70 Years

Since 1weeek pain is there in the ear in which the patient uses hearing aid. Also water is coming out from the same ear. Patient uses hearing aid since 10years. Loss of hearing in both ears due to high diabetics. From the day water started coming out after using hearing aid also patient is unable to hear.

Is there any pre-existing perforation in the ear drum?it could be fungal or bacterial infection.. need early management as the patient is diabetic.visit an ENT specialist for treatment.
